A thorn in my side My brittle thoughts Weighing me down Drowning me out Bury my fears Until moss hides them away

Untethered, I float Buffeted by the winds of life Never feeling grounded

I lost my glove today Rushing, always rushing Trying to grab life by the horns And now my hand is chilled

I, the proud captain This, my mighty vessel We, on our maiden voyage Shit. There's a leak Now We Sink

Roaring. Soaring. Peace. Filtered light gently falling Breathe in & out, Love

River, sky, and trees and we, eating and laughing It's good to be here
